B fashion – focuses on premium retail locations in leading shopping centers and central high streets & shopping areas. Selective location research along with professional central management will secure effective franchise operations for several brands.


B fashion is our common umbrella for franchise concepts that we bring along our food retail concept for development around CEE and CIS countries. The number of brands and stores differ in each location, depending on the possibilities and priorities.

B fashion both utilizes and strengthen ultimately the automatically potential created by opening one of our hypermarkets in a new location. If we have created a location that obviously will be visited by a number of thousand consumers everyday, we want to secure the ultimate choice for the consumers.

B fashion holds master franchise agreements of several well known brand names of Western European origin, we are negotiating with Indian and other Asian brands that want to enter European markets.

B fashion can of course be extended to several categories and concepts, the more the merrier, as long as we manage to keep the local adjustment factors and the local knowledge level within a category (global).

Uniting Baltic markets = reaching sales volumes / cost efficiency;

Entering of prime location in city centers (low rent) and selected shopping centers (new brands) = taking position
