Continuously check our locations at Marriott-, Hilton- and Wyndham groups of hotels before initiating any investors or development on site.





To create a real estate portfolio of hospitality projects (both existing and development) which should of a great value ("EXIT" or "IPO") to international hotel funds within 3 - 5 years period.

Estimated value of assets to be in the range 150 - 250M Euro.
